(1) The functions, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as follows:-

(a) The Vice-Chancellor shall have general control over all the activities of the University. And he will be able to give instructions and supervise the activities of the university.

(B) The Vice-Chancellor shall implement and cause the decisions and instructions of the assembly.

(C) This Act or this Act The Vice-Chancellor will do other works except the works mentioned to be done by any body or official in the rules made under. The Vice-Chancellor shall immediately inform the Vice-Chancellor of the work done in accordance with this and shall be approved by the meeting of the meeting held immediately thereafter. (e) Other duties, duties and powers of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as prescribed.
